Shots Fired At House In L'Derry
A number of people have escaped injury following a shooting attack at a house in Co L'Derry.
The incident happened in the Cornshell Fields area shortly after 11pm on Monday, 27 February.
No one is believed to have been injured.
Detective Constable Emma Marshall said: "Detectives are investigating and are particularly keen to trace a white vehicle observed driving in the area around the time of the incident.
"We are appealing to anyone who may have any information regarding this incident to contact detectives at Strand Road Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 1312 on 27/02/2017."
Sinn Féin's Elisha McCallion condemned the attack.
She said: "Thankfully no one was injured in this incident but it must have been a frightening experience for those in the house and those living nearby.
"There can be no place for the use of guns on our streets.
"I would call on anyone with information on this incident to bring it forward to the PSNI."

PSNI Major Investigation Team Detectives have renewed an appeal for information one week on from the murder of Blake Newland. The teenager was stabbed multiple times in the Woodland Walk area of Limavady on Friday night, 2 February. Sadly, he later died from his injuries.

The SDLP Opposition at Stormont has said that the appointment of Richard Pengelly as Chief Executive of the Education Authority "raised a number of questions". Mr Pengelly, who has been working as Permanent Secretary at the Department of Justice, was appointed to the new role on Thursday 21 March, by Education Minister Paul Givan.

PSNI Investigates Arson Attack In L'Derry
The PSNI have launched an investigation into an arson attack in L'Derry on Monday, 11 March. At around 11.30pm last night, it was reported to police that two vehicles were on fire in the Grainan Drive area. Police and NIFRS attended the scene. Both vehicles sustained significant damage. Two other vehicles were also damaged as a result of the fire.

Appeal Following Spate Of Burglaries Across Coleraine
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a recent spate of burglaries in Coleraine. On the morning of Sunday, 25 February, police received a report of a break-in at a house in the Magheraboy Road area of Portrush. It is believed that the burglary occurred sometime overnight on Saturday evening, 24th February.
