Man Extradited From France Over Alleged Rape
A man has been extradited from France to Northern Ireland over an alleged rape.
The 26-year-old Romanian national was extradited from Lyon using a European Arrest Warrant.
A spokesperson from the PSNI said: "The man is sought for trial in Northern Ireland following an alleged offence of rape in the Portadown area in 2014."
He is due to appear at Laganside Magistrates Court on Friday, 12 May.

People across Northern Ireland have been urged to be UV aware and to "get the best from your sunscreen" to help reduce the risk of skin cancer. The Public Health Agency (PHA) and Cancer Focus NI have made the call ahead of Sun Awareness Week, 06-12 May.
