Staff Left Badly Shaken After Armed Robbery In Co Antrim

Workers at a shop in Co Antrim have been left shaken after three masked men entered the premises in an armed robbery.

Three masked men, believed to be arraying suspected firearms, entered the shop on the Harbour Road in Carnlough, and threatened staff members just before 11pm on Thursday, 06 July.

They made off with cash and a quantity of cigarettes in the direction of Waterfoot.

No one was injured, however the staff were left shaken.

Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

Arrests Made At Traffic Collision Following L'Derry Burglary
Police responding to a road traffic collision in L'Derry last night, Wednesday 20 March, arrested two men in connection with an earlier burglary in the area. At 23:55 last night, police received a report of a collision on Gortinure Road involving a black Audi TT. The vehicle was found abandoned in a ditch.

Appeal After Masked Men Force Entry Into Home Of Elderly Man
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information after five masked me forced entry into the home of an man aged in his 70s, on the Saintfield Road. Police received a report shortly before 11.30pm on Saturday, 17th February that between 10pm and 10.30pm on the same evening, five masked men entered a house in the Saintfield Road area.
