Appeal Issued Following Attempted Abduction In Craigavon

Police are appealing for information following an attempted abduction in Craigavon last weekend.

Three men attempted to grab another man and bundle him into the back of a blue van in the Meadowbrook area overnight on Saturday, 20 January.

The thugs tried to tie the victim with cable ties, however he was able to fight them off.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "Have you heard chat of who is responsible? Whoever they are, regardless of their motives, clearly has no respect for the rule of law and have only bully boy tactics as an option. These sorts of people should not be allowed to operate within our community.

"Call us on 101 with any information, or speak anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. The incident number is 264 of 21/01/18."

Renewed Appeal For Help Tracing Paula Elliott
The PSNI have issued a fresh appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of Paula Elliott, who was last seen on Tuesday, 05 March. The 52-year-old was last seen on CCTV cameras leaving the Sprucefield Court area of Lisburn at 5.30pm, before making her way to Warren Gardens at around 5.36pm.

Appeal Following Serious Assault And Robbery In Antrim
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a man was assaulted and robbed in Antrim during the early hours of Monday, 18 March. The 26-year-old was walking in an alleyway adjacent to Seacash Drive at around 3.50am when he was approached by two men.
