Man Attacked In East Belfast

A man is being treated in hospital after being assaulted in east Belfast.

The incident happened outside licensed premises in the Upper Newtownards Road area at around 1.30am on Sunday, 04 February.

His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Attacked In East Belfast
A 29-year-old man has been attacked with a suspected firearm in east Belfast on Saturday. Two men entered a house in the Thorndyke Street area at around 3.30am and attacked another male. The victim received injuries to his head and hands, however they are not believed to be life threatening.

Man Suffers Head Injuries In East Belfast Assault
A man in his 50's has been assaulted on the street by another man in east Belfast. The incident happened around 1.45pm on Monday 22 October in the Mountpottinger Road area. Police said he suffered a number of head and facial injuries in the attack, which continued until members of the public intervened.

Man arrested following east Belfast stabbing
Police have arrested a 19-year-old man in connection with a stabbing in the Mount area of East Belfast. The victim, a 42-year-old man, sustained a stab wound to the chest and was taken to hospital where his description is described as "serious but stable." The attack occurred at around 8.20am on Monday.
