Armed Man Robs Shop In West Belfast
A man armed with a handgun has robbed a shop in west Belfast.
The incident happened at premises in the Suffolk Road area just after 9.45pm on Monday, 05 February.
The man threatened staff and made off with a sum of money and cigarettes.
He has been described as medium build and was wearing black jacket and blue denim jeans. He had his face covered with a scarf.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

West Belfast Shop Targeted In Armed Robbery
A sum of money has been stolen during an armed robbery of a shop in west Belfast. Two men, one armed with a suspected firearm, entered a shop in the Jasmine End area of Dunmurry at around 6.25am this morning, 15 August. The pair made off with the money in a red Renault Megan which was found burnt out in Beechmount Grove a short time later.

A shop in west Belfast has been robbed and an employee threatened by two armed men. The incident happened at a commercial premises in the Durham Street area at around 6.05pm on Thursday 07 February. A female staff member was threatened before the culprits fled with cash towards the Divis Bridge area.

Two armed men wearing Halloween masks have robbed a shop in west Belfast. The incident happened in the Shankill Road area just before 10am on Saturday, 06 October. The men, armed with hammers, demanded money and then fled the premises. Staff were left badly shaken, however there were no injuries.

A masked man has attempted to rob a business in west Belfast. The incident happened in the Carrigart Avenue area, located off the Glen Road in the west of the city, at around 7.30pm on Wednesday (11 February). Police have said the man was dressed in black and wearing latex gloves.
