West Belfast Shop Targeted In Armed Robbery
A sum of money has been stolen during an armed robbery of a shop in west Belfast.
Two men, one armed with a suspected firearm, entered a shop in the Jasmine End area of Dunmurry at around 6.25am this morning, 15 August.
The pair made off with the money in a red Renault Megan which was found burnt out in Beechmount Grove a short time later.
Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area to contact detectives on 101 quoting reference 214 of 15/18/19. Information can also be passed on anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Police are appealing for information after a man armed with a hammer robbed a shop in south Belfast. A business premises on University Road in the south of the city was targeted between 7pm and 7.30 on Monday 15 April. The armed male entered the shop and demanded money from a member of staff while threatening them with a claw hammer.

Two armed men wearing Halloween masks have robbed a shop in west Belfast. The incident happened in the Shankill Road area just before 10am on Saturday, 06 October. The men, armed with hammers, demanded money and then fled the premises. Staff were left badly shaken, however there were no injuries.

A business in Blucher Street was targeted. The culprit demanded money from the till before fleeing the scene with a sum of cash.
