Invest NI Announces Doing Business In USA Workshop

Invest NI have announced a free workshop focusing on doing business in the USA.

Organised in association with Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council, attendees will hear from international law specialist Mike Burke from Arnall Golden Gregory, LLP an expert on advising businesses on expanding into the USA.

This is a unique opportunity to hear from someone who has a proven track record helping local companies export.

The workshop will include information on the following:

• General market overview and trends
News Image
• Challenges e.g. time differences; regional differences; level of competition; exchange rates; capability 'v' capacity; high levels of customer service expectations; visas

• Critical Success factors e.g. continued intelligence gathering; differentiated customer value proposition, sales route to market, communication, cultural differences, people, resources, finance

• Impact of Trump Administration on UK economy

• The implications of Brexit

• There will also be the opportunity for questions and answers.

The workshop will take place on 22 March at Dunsilly Hotel, Antrim, and is free to attend. Registration is open now.
