Man Arrested Over Portadown Attack
A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an attack in Portadown on Sunday, 01 July.
He was detained by the police in the Lurgan area on Wednesday, 04 July.
A woman and man were inside a car in the Bridge Street area when a number of men attacked it.
A male passenger was dragged out of the vehicle when it stopped at traffic lights.
The driver was assaulted and the windscreen and bodywork of the car were damaged.
The woman and child were not hurt. The men were treated in hospital.
The man was arrested on suspicion of a number of offences, including common assault and criminal damage.

Men Sentenced For Ballymena Drug And Money Laundering Operation
Three men were sentenced for offences linked to a drugs and money laundering operation in the Ballymena area yesterday, 31 January. At Antrim Crown Court, Troy Carley (27), Neil Lowry (30) and Marc Mitchell (32) were sentenced for a number of offences.

Man Arrested Following Incident At House In Coleraine
A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident at a house in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. It happened at a property on Knockantern Grove in the Mountsandel area on Tuesday, 16 August. The suspect has been arrested on suspicion of possessing of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an offence and assault on police.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Man Released On Bail Over Lurgan Murder
A man arrested in connection with a murder in Lurgan on Sunday, 06 August, has been released on bail pending further enquiries. The body of a man, aged 45, was discovered at a flat on Victoria Street. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
