Northern Ireland is to be hit with the tail end of Storm Diana, as strong gusts are set to arrive tomorrow, Wednesday 28 November.

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning to cover the region from 9am until midnight, with only the western areas of Tyrone and Fermanagh avoiding it.

Wind speeds are expected to reach 60mph, with heavy rain alongside.

Some delays to public transport are anticipated, with commuters urged to allow for longer journey times.

High-sided vehicles can also expect delays on exposed routes and bridges, and some local short term power cuts are possible.
