Renewed Appeal To Help Find Nicola Steele

Police and the family of a missing 47-year-old woman are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare after she went missing on Tuesday, 12 March.

Nicola Steele, from the Ards Peninsula, is described as being approximately 5'6" tall, with dirty fair hair and blue eyes.

When last seen she was wearing blue jeans, a peach coloured top and a 3/4 length black quilted jacket.

After locating her car near Bangor Train Station, Police said CCTV footage showed Nicola exiting a bus station into Belfast shortly before 12.30pm on Tuesday. They are unsure if Nicola is still in the local area and have urged anyone in Belfast, Newtownards or Antrim to get in touch if they see her.

A public search party met in Belfast City Centre last night, Thursday 14, to check the area but no sightings have been reported.

Anyone who has seen Nicola or has any information on her whereabouts is asked to contact police in Newtownards using the non-emergency line 101, quoting reference 987 12/03/19.
