Vulnerable Adult Targeted In Burglary

Police have appealed for information after a vulnerable adult was burgled in Armagh on Tuesday afternoon, 23 July.

A male called to the 86-year-old's home on the Derrynaught Road sometime between 5pm and 5.30pm, when it is believed the incident occurred.

Police are seeking the occupants of a Silver Audi that was spotted in the vicinity and reportedly travelled with its boot open for a short period of time.

Anyone who was travelling along the Ratarnet or Hamiltonsbawn Roads and saw a car matching the description or may have dash cam footage is asked to contact investigating officers on 101 quoting reference 1661 23/07/19. Details can also be passed to anonymous service Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information after five masked me forced entry into the home of an man aged in his 70s, on the Saintfield Road. Police received a report shortly before 11.30pm on Saturday, 17th February that between 10pm and 10.30pm on the same evening, five masked men entered a house in the Saintfield Road area.

PSNI Conduct Road Safety Operation In L'Derry
