Witnesses Sought After House Attacked In Newtownards

Police have issued an appeal for information after a group of masked people attacked a house in Newtownards on Monday night.

Just before 11pm last night a number of masked people smashed the windows of a house in Whinpark Road and the windows of a car parked outside.

The PSNI are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or may have seen a group of masked people in the area around the time to contact police in Newtownards on 101 quoting reference number 2562 of 05/08/19.

Information can also be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Appeal For Information On Ballygawley Collision
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a two-vehicle collision in Ballygawley. On Sunday, 21 April, a blue BMW M4 and a black Kia Sportage were involved in a collision in the Old Omagh Road area just before 4pm.

Police Attacked By Young People In West Belfast
The PSNI have condemned the assault of four police officers when they were attacked by young people in West Belfast. At around 6:50pm on Saturday, 06 April, police received a report in relation to community concerns that a large group of young people had congregated in Falls Park and that alcohol was being consumed by children.
