Man Stabbed To Death In Bangor
Police have launched a murder investigation after a man was stabbed to death in Bangor.
The 47 year-old was attacked outside a property in Enterprise Court shortly after 1am this morning, Thursday 31 October.
A 45 year-old man was arrested at the scene and remains in police custody.
Police are seeking information on the murder and said detectives can be contacted on 101 quoting reference 61 of 31/10/19.
Details can also be provided anonymously via Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111.

The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

A man aged in his 50s has died in a house fire in Magherafelt, Co L'Derry An investigation has been launched into the cause of the fire at a house on Highfield Road, however police said that they don't believe the fire was suspicious. The man's identity has not yet been released.

Police have said they believe missing Omagh man, Shane Sharkey, has been found in the Republic of Ireland. A police appeal for help in finding the 35-year-old has been cancelled, with police saying they now believe they know where he is. No further details have been released but police thanked the public for their help.

Man Arrested Over Murder Of George Gilmore
A 39-year-old man has been arrested by police investigating the murder of George Gilmore. Mr Gilmore, aged 44, was shot in the neck in Carrickfergus on Monday, 13 March. He died from his injuries in hospital the following day, 14 March. The suspect was detained in Co Antrim on Wednesday, 12 April, and is being questioned at Musgrave police station.

A man has been arrested in connection with police inquiries into a murder in 1988. The body of Lily Smyth, 66, was found in her flat at Moveen House in Dunmurry on October 9, 1988. The pensioner had been strangled. A police spokesperson said that a 43-year-old man had been arrested and is being questioned at Antrim Police Station.
