Cyclist In Serious Condition After Co Antrim Crash

A cyclist has been left in serious condition following a two vehicle road collision in Co Antrim.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident on the Racavan Road, Broughshane on Monday afternoon, 27 January.

A car and a cyclist were involved in the collision shortly after 1.30pm.

The cyclist was taken to hospital for his injuries where his condition was described as serious.

The Racavan Road has since reopened.

Funeral held for teenage cyclist killed in North Belfast

Teenage Cyclist Critical Following Collision
A 15-year-old boy is in a critical condition in hospital after being hit by a lorry as he cycled in Poleglass, Co Antrim. The boy was riding his bike along Brian's Well Road at about 4pm on Monday, 15 August, when he was hit by the lorry. He remains in a critical condition at Belfast's Royal Victoria Hospital.

A woman is in a critical condition in hospital following a serious attack in Carnmoney, Co Antrim. The 26-year-old was assaulted at a property in the Ashgrove Road area on Wednesday. She has been taken to hospital to be treated and her condition is described as 'critical'. No further details have been released.
