Petrol Bomb Thrown At Home In Coleraine
Police in Coleraine have issued an appeal for information and witnesses after a petrol bomb was thrown at a property in the Mossvale Park area of the town in the early hours of this morning, Monday 16th May.
Making the appeal, Sergeant McCann said: "At around 2.15am, whilst attending another incident in the area, officers located a petrol bomb in the front garden of a house.
"The device had burnt itself out, resulting in minor scorch damage being caused to the front of the property.
"It's believed that it may have been thrown at the house at around midnight.
"There were no reports of any injuries, and the item was taken away from the scene for further examination.
"Our enquiries are ongoing, and we are appealing to anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area at the time, or have any information which could assist, to contact police on 101, and quote reference number 114 of 16/05/22."

Investigation Launched Into Petrol Bomb Attack In Ballymena
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a report of a petrol bomb incident in the Queen Street area of Ballymena. Shortly before 10.15pm on Monday, March 4, it was reported that two petrol bombs were thrown through the living room window of a house in the area. Neither of the petrol bombs ignited.

PSNI Name Kilkeel Murder Victim As Bobbie McKee
The PSNI's Major Investigation Team have named the man who was murdered in Kilkeel on Thursday, 21st March as Bobbie McKee. Mr McKee, who was 69-years-old, was pronounced dead after his body was located in a property in the Newcastle Road area last Thursday afternoon following a report of a concern for safety for a couple.

The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a petrol bomb attack on a house in Ballycastle on Saturday 12th August. At approximately 8am police received a report that a petrol bomb had been thrown at a property in the Fogarty Crescent area. Damage was caused to a window, but there are no reports of any injuries.
