Appeal Issued After Teenage Girl Knocked Down In South Belfast

Police are appealing for information after a teenage girl was knocked down in the Carryduff area in south Belfast.

The incident happened on the pedestrian crowding on the Ballynahinch Road on 03 January at around 5.05pm.

The vehicle drove over the 14-year-old’s foot and drove away.

The PSNI are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or has dash cam footage to contact them.

Teenagers Arrested After Gliders Attacked With Fireworks
Two teenage boys have been arrested in connection anti-social behaviour and firework incidents in the Stewartstown Road area of west Belfast. On 19 September, it was reported to police that a firework had been thrown onto a Glider bus around 9.45pm on Sunday, September 10.

Police Appeal Following Assault on Teenage Girl in West Belfast
Police in west Belfast are appealing for witnesses following a report of an assault that occurred on Monday, 30th March. The incident was reported shortly after 8:30 pm at the junction of Bernagh Drive and Glen Road. It was reported that a teenage girl was assaulted by a male at the location.

Police Appeal For Missing Teenage Girl
The PSNI have launched an appeal to trace a missing 14-year-old girl. Sarah Long was last seen on Tuesday, 23 May. A police spokesperson said: "If you know where she is, or think you can assist in any way please contact Police immediately by calling 101 and quoting reference number 1386 of 23/5/17.

Missing Teen Found Safe And Well In Dublin
A missing teenage girl has been found safe and well, according to the police. Chloe Osborne from Belfast was last seen in Dublin on Sunday, 05 November. Her family and the PSNI appealed for information to try and trace her. She was found in the Dublin area on Thursday, 09 November. Gardai and the police thanked the public for their assistance.
