PSNI Name Victim Of L'Derry Crash
A man who died following a road traffic collision in the Strand Road area of L'Derry on Sunday 11th February has been named as James Gallagher.
The 42-year-old was from the L'Derry area.
Detective Sergeant Arkins of the Collision Investigation Unit said: "Colleagues from other emergency services attended, but sadly Mr Gallagher passed away in hospital.
"Our enquiries are ongoing, and we are appealing to anyone who was travelling in the area at the time of the collision, or who has any CCTV, dash cam or mobile phone footage that could assist with our investigation, to contact us on 101 quoting reference number 185 of 11/02/24."
Four Arrested In Dunmurry Drug Search Operation
Four people have been arrested following a PSNI search operation in Dunmurry.
On Thursday, 15 February, officers carried out planned searches at two addresses in the Colinvale area and seized a quantity of items, including suspected Class B controlled drugs and drug-related paraphernalia.
Two men aged 57 and 36, and two women, aged 59 and 34, were arrested on suspicion of a number of offences. They have all since been released on police bail.
Inspector Noble said: "As enquiries continue, we want to take this opportunity to appeal to anyone with information relating to the illegal use or supply of drugs in their area to call us on 101.

Appeal For Information On Newtownards Arson
PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information following a reported arson in Newtownards last night, Thursday 15th February.
Just before 10.30pm, it was reported to police that petrol had been poured and set alight at a vacant property in the Weaver's Grange area of the town.
Officers attended, alongside colleagues from Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, who extinguished the fire. Damage was caused to the rear door area of the property.
Detective Sergeant McCartan said: "We are appealing to anyone with information regarding this incident, or who may have been in the area at the time and witnessed anything suspicious, to contact police by calling 101, quoting reference 1812 of 15/02/24."

Man In Critical Condition After Hit And Run In Craigavon
Police are appealing for information following a serious hit and run road traffic collision in Craigavon on Monday, November 24. Shortly after 7:20 pm, a man in his 20s was involved in a collision with a van in the Enniskeen area. The driver of the van failed to stop and made off from the scene.

Investigation Launched Into Burglary In North Belfast
Detectives are appealing for information following a burglary at a flat in the Cliftonville Avenue area of North Belfast. The incident occurred sometime between 10pm on Friday 6th December and 4pm on Saturday 7th December. During the burglary, a sum of money, a wallet, and a set of speakers were stolen.
