Two Men Arrested In Connection With Aggravated Burglary In L'Derry
Two men has been arrested in connection with an aggravated burglary in L'Derry on Sunday, 11 August.
Just before midnight, police received a report that a member of the public had been approached by a distressed woman who stated that men were in her home trying to attack her husband.
The woman, aged in her 50s, had a facial injury. Police attended her property in the Spencer Road area and noted substantial damage to the front door and a man aged in his 40s with injuries to his head, leg and hand. Two suspects, aged 34 and 39 years, were later arrested in the Duke Street area on suspicion of aggravated burglary and inflicting grievous bodily harm. They remain in police custody at this time.
Detective Inspector Hanbidge said: "Our enquiries are ongoing and I would appeal to anyone who may be able to assist with our investigation, or who have may have been in the Spencer Road / Duke Street area around midnight to contact us on 101, quoting reference 1838 of 11/08/24."

Shortly after 10pm, it was reported that four masked men entered a property in the area with one of the men armed with an iron bar and another man armed with a suspected firearm.

Two Men Arrested On Suspicion Of Kidnapping
Police have arrested two men on suspicion of kidnapping. The males, aged 33 and 31, were detained in Co L'Derry. It is believed there arrests are in connection with an incident in the city on Thursday, 26 October. No further details have been released.

Three Arrested After East Belfast Aggravated Burglary
Police have arrested three individuals following an attack during an aggravated burglary in east Belfast yesterday, Thursday 04 April. Two men, aged 32 and 34, and a woman aged 35 were detained following the Channing Street incident. It follows reports that two men and a woman forced entry to a house at around 4.50pm and assaulted a male occupant.

The PSNI have arrested two men in connection with an aggravated burglary in North Belfast on Saturday, 24th June. Sometime between the hours of midnight and 03:00am two men reportedly entered a house in the Northwick drive area, with one of the men armed with what was suspected to be a hatchet.
