Arson Attack On Ballymena Flats

Detectives are investigating an arson attack on a block of flats in the Larne Road area of Ballymena.

Police received a report of a fire at the property shortly after 6.30am on Sunday 8th December. The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service extinguished the blaze, which caused significant damage to the building's communal areas.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the incident, which police believe was started deliberately.

Detective Sergeant Crothers said: "Our enquiries are continuing, and we are asking anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed any suspicious activity, or who has any information which might assist, to get in touch.

Police have launched an investigation following an arson attack at a property in Belfast. A rag was put through the door of a house in the York Road area and set alight. Significant damage was caused to the door and the hall. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Arson Attack On 5G Mast In West Belfast
Detectives in Belfast are investigating a suspected arson attack on a 5G mast in the Andersonstown Road area. The incident occurred around 9.55pm on Wednesday, November 13th. Detective Sergeant Faulkner confirmed that officers attended the scene alongside the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, who successfully extinguished the blaze.

PSNI Detectives have issued an appeal for information following a report of arson at the Dunraven Court area of east Belfast on Monday 26th August. Detective Sergeant Kitchen said: "Shortly after 3:35am, it was reported that a white Mercedes CLA and a silver Volkswagen Tiguan were set alight.

Mobile Classrooms Destroyed In Suspected Arson Attack
Five mobile classrooms have been destroyed in a suspected arson attack in Belfast. The incident happened in the Barrack Street area on Monday, 11 June. Police and the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service attended the scene and put out the blaze. Thousands of pounds worth of damage has been caused.
