Appeal Issued Following Fire In Warrenpoint
Police are appealing for information following a report of a fire at a property in the Forth Avenue area of Warrenpoint in the early hours of Tuesday, 18 February.
Detective Sergeant Lewis said: "Officers, along with colleagues from the Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, received and responded to the report just before 3.20am. "At this stage, we believe an accelerant was poured at the front door of the property before being set alight. Damage was caused to the door and the inside of the property.
"A man and a woman, who were inside the property at the time were taken to hospital for treatment. Thankfully, there have been no reports of any serious injuries at this stage.
"Our enquiries are ongoing and at this stage, I would appeal to anyone who may have any information, including dashcam, CCTV or other video footage, to contact us on 101, quoting reference 100 of 18/12/25."

NI Property Prices Increase
Residential property prices in Northern Ireland increased for first time since 2007, according to a new report. The Northern Ireland Residential Property Price Index report for the second quarter of 2013 showed that between quarter one and quarter two, residential property prices increased by 2%.

ASSEMBLY CREATE AWARD TO HONOUR FIRE SERVICE
THE Northern Ireland Fire Service is to receive the first ever award given by the province's devolved assembly. An illuminated scroll is to be presented to Chief Fire Officer John McClelland on Tuesday, by assembly speaker Lord Alderdice in tribute to the sacrifice made by fire fighters over the years.

Appeal Following Attempted Arson In Cushendun
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a report of an attempted arson attack in Cushendun. At approximately 9.45pm on Sunday 19th January police received a report that men in hoods arrived at a house in the Knocknacarry Road area and smashed glass doors at the rear of the property.

PSNI detectives have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following a report of a fire at a property in north Belfast on the evening of Tuesday 2nd July. At approximately 10.10pm police received a report that four masked men had broken a window and thrown a petrol bomb inside a flat in the Cliftonpark Avenue area.
