Man Charged Over £420,000 Drug Seizure In Dungannon
Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland's Organised Crime Branch have charged a man with a range of drug-related offences following a substantial seizure in Dungannon on Friday, 20 June.
The operation led to the discovery of Class A controlled drugs with an estimated street value of approximately £420,000. A sum of money and drug paraphernalia were also found during a search of a house in the area.
A 39-year-old man has been charged with possession of a Class A controlled drug, possession of a Class A drug with intent to supply, being concerned in the supply of a Class A drug, and possessing criminal property. He is scheduled to appear before Lisburn Magistrates' Court today, Monday, 23 June 2025.
As is standard procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
A second individual, a 24-year-old man who was also arrested in connection with the seizure, has been released on bail pending further police enquiries.

A 25-year-old woman has appeared in court today (16 September) following a significant drug seizure in west Belfast. Police from the Organised Crime Branch searched a property in the Glenalina Park area on Thursday, 11 September, recovering suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of around £300,000.
