Three Escape Injury Following Petrol Bomb Attack
Three people have escaped injury after a petrol bomb was thrown through the front window of a house in Coleraine, County L'Derry.
Police received a report in the early hours of yesterday morning (6 August), at approximately 1.30am, of the incident which occurred in the Maple Drive area of the town. The three people inside of the property managed to extinguish the fire.
An appeal for information and witnesses has now been launched by the police. Detective Sergeant Higgins said: "Thankfully, no one was injured as a result of the incident. Enquiries to establish the circumstances of the report are underway, and we would appeal to anyone who has any information which could assist us, to get in touch."

Police Appeal After Stolen Car Involved In West Belfast Collision
Police are appealing for information after a stolen car was involved in a crash in west Belfast. The silver Vauxhall Zafira collided with three other cars on the Falls Road at around 8pm on Monday. It is believed the car was stolen during a creeper burglary in Servia Street.

Police appeal after violent assaults
A 49-year-old man has been assaulted by a number of men at his home in Lisburn in the early hours of this morning. At around 12.50am three masked men forced their way into the Manor Park home of the victim and assaulted him with baseball bats as he lay in bed.

Police have appealed for information following an arson attack in Portadown in the early hours of Monday, 14 July. A report was made, at approximately 1.15am, that two fires had been started outside a property in the Garvaghy Park area, causing significant damage.
