Police Name Man Who Died Following Nutts Corner Collision
The PSNI has formally identified the man who lost his life following a two-vehicle road traffic collision near Nutts Corner on Sunday, 11 January.
Ralph Anthony Singco, who was in his 30s, passed away following the incident in Crumlin. He was the husband of Cathrene Kith Quiñones Singco, who also died as a result of the crash.
Detective Inspector Stewart, representing the Collision Investigation Unit, provided further tragic details regarding the loss of life: "Sadly, Cathrene was pregnant and her baby also died as a result of the collision. The name of the baby is confirmed as Baby Kate Singco." The collision occurred on the Moira Road at approximately 2pm on Sunday afternoon. It involved a silver Skoda Superb and a blue Ford Fiesta. While the couple and their child suffered fatal injuries, several other individuals involved in the crash sustained minor injuries.
The PSNI has stated that the family of the deceased has requested privacy as they navigate this period of grief.
Investigations into the specific circumstances of the accident are ongoing. Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dash-cam footage from the Moira Road area at the time of the collision to come forward. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Collision Investigation Unit by calling 101, quoting the reference number 735 11/01/26.

Shortly before 6.15pm, police received a report of a collision involving a grey Seat Ateca and a pedestrian. The pedestrian, a woman aged in her 80s, was taken to hospital but has since died as a result of her injuries.

Police have issued an appeal for information following a fatal collision in Dundrum, Co Down. A 49-year-old man died at the scene of a three-car collision on the Belfast Road at about 12:20am on Thursday. It is understood that four other people are being treated in hospital following the collision.
