Police Name Victim of Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash in Omagh

The Police Service of Northern Ireland has confirmed the identity of the man who died following a two-vehicle collision in Omagh on Sunday, 17th May. He was 38-year-old Adrian Slevin from the Dromore area.

The fatal incident occurred in the Clanabogan Road area. Enquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash are ongoing.

Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may hold information that could assist the investigation, to come forward. Investigators are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have dash-cam or other footage of the incident.

Anyone with relevant information is asked to contact the Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference number 466 of 17/05/26.

Man Arrested In Connection With Newtownards Hit-And-Run
A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run incident in Newtownards on Saturday, 16 September. A man, aged in his 40s, is being treated in hospital after he was deliberately struck by a car in the Old Shore Road area of the town, at around 11:45pm. His injuries are said to be serious but not life threatening.
