Ballymena Community In Shock After Three Found Dead - Mulholland
Alliance North Antrim MLA Sian Mulholland has said Ballymena is reeling after three people were found dead at a house in the town.
Police said the relatives were discovered inside a family home on the Old Cullybackey Road on Monday, 13 July, morning, and a PSNI spokesperson confirmed there is no ongoing risk to the public.
"While details continue to emerge about this incident, it is clear there has been a tragedy," said Ms Mulholland.
"The community in Ballymena is in shock already and my thoughts are with everyone affected by what will be an incredibly distressing time, particularly the family and friends of the deceased.
"I have spoken to police, will need time to investigate this matter and I urge anyone with information on it to give it to them immediately."

Couple Win £2,500 In Case Against Car Dealer
A couple who claimed they were racially harassed while buying a car from a dealer have been awarded £2,500 in compensation. Kin Hung Wong, of Chinese descent, and his wife Ms Law took the case against John Mulholland Motors under the Race Relations Order with the support of the Equality Commission.

Northern Ireland's car industry is to receive a major boost after a deal worth £2.5m was agreed between a local dealership and a Belfast-based taxi firm. John Mulholland Motors Ltd, NI's largest Škoda retailer, and Value Cabs have signed the massive deal which will see 140 Škoda Superb hatch and estates supplied to Value Cabs.

Police renew appeal about north Belfast murder
Police have renewed their appeal for information about the murder of a man in north Belfast a year ago. Frankie Mulholland (34) was attacked at around 8pm on December 3 2001 as he sat in his car, parked near a petrol station on the Upper Crumlin Road.

A 70-year-old Ballymena man has been jailed for an axe attack in the town in September 2020. At Laganside Court on Monday, 16th December, William Kirkpatrick, was jailed for nine years in connection with the assault at the Russellstown Road area of Ballymena on Monday 14th September 2020.

Firmus Energy Announces Further 16.31% Price Increase
Firmus Energy has announced a further 16.31% price increase in its Ten Towns network. Due to come into effect from 03 May the price rise is expected to affect some 55,000 customers. The increase follows an earlier rise of 33.57% announced in February this year and is the fourth increase since last spring.
