Police identify Co Tyrone body
Police have confirmed that they have identified the body of a man found murdered in Co Tyrone on Wednesday.
The body of the man, who has not yet been named, was discovered in Caledon, near Dungannon, by a passer-by shortly before 8am on Wednesday.
One man has been arrested by police in connection with the killing.
The dead man, who is thought to be in his 30s, was described as being of stocky build and was wearing blue jeans and white trainers.
A team of detectives have been carrying out door-to-door inquiries in the surrounding area.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Police Cancel Appeal For Missing Omagh Man
Police have said they believe missing Omagh man, Shane Sharkey, has been found in the Republic of Ireland. A police appeal for help in finding the 35-year-old has been cancelled, with police saying they now believe they know where he is. No further details have been released but police thanked the public for their help.
