Two men injured in separate shootings

A 19-year-old man has been treated in hospital for a gunshot wound to the right leg following a paramilitary-style shooting at the weekend.

The incident occurred at Armitage Close in east Belfast at around 10.15pm on Sunday.

Elsewhere, a 25-year-old man has been shot in the lower leg following a paramilitary-style shooting in north Belfast.

The incident occurred in an alleyway at the rear of Greenmount Place in the York Road area sometime before 7.30pm on Sunday.

PSNI Appeal For Information About West Belfast Shooting
The PSNI have appeal for witnesses to or any one with any information about a shooting incident in west Belfast on Wednesday night. A man was shot in the leg at Creeslough Gardens at around 21:30 on Wednesday night. It is understood that victim is in his 40s and his injuries are not life threatening.

Investigation Launched Following Shooting Incident In South Belfast
Police have launched an investigation following a shooting incident in south Belfast. The attack happened in Eliza Street Terrace shortly after 8.50pm on Wednesday, 28 September. Police received reports that a number of shots had been fired at the back of a house in the area.
