Man injured in South Belfast shooting
A 20-year-old man has been shot in a paramilitary-style attack in South Belfast.
The victim suffered two gunshot wounds to his left leg in the incident, which happened on Roden Street in the Donegal Road area of the city at around 6pm yesterday evening.
Police and an ambulance crew were called to the scene and the man was treated in hospital for his injuries.
Police have asked anyone who may have witnessed the attack or noticed anyone behaving suspiciously in the area, to contact them at Musgrave station on 0845 600 8000, or on the Crime-stoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

A man has been shot in the ankle in Co L'Derry. The paramilitary-style attack happened near the Creggan shops at around 7.45pm on Thursday, 07 December. The 41-year-old man has been taken to hospital to be treated, however his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening. Police described the shooting as "brutal and horrific".

Police described the assault as "brutal and horrific". The 43-year-old suspect was detained in L'Derry on Tuesday, 15 August.
