Man's body discovered in Londonderry

Police are no longer treating the discovery of a man's body in Londonderry as suspicious.

The body of the 45-year-old man, named as Colin Olphert, was found at a house in the Bonds Place area of the city yesterday evening.

PSNI remained at the scene overnight and further investigations were carried out throughout the day.

A post mortem examination was conducted this afternoon.

Man Dies In Antrim Road Collision
A man, aged in his 40s, has died in a road collision in Co Antrim. The incident, between a tractor and a motorcycle, happened on the Riverside Road in Bushmills at around 10.10pm on Monday, 09 July. The Riverside and Castlecat roads were closed overnight, however they have since been reopened. Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them.

The Province's tragic death toll continues to rise with news that a second person has died following a road traffic accident in County Londonderry, police have said. The two vehicle collision happened on Duncastle Road, Newbuildings, at about 5.45pm on Wednesday.

Body found in Londonderry
The body of a man has been discovered in a flat in Londonderry earlier today. The body, which is believed to be that of a 19-year-old man, was discovered at a flat in the Galliagh Park area of the city at around 12.35 this afternoon.

County Down death "not suspicious"
Police investigating the death of a 51-year-old man in County Down yesterday evening, have confirmed that they are no longer treating it as suspicious. This follows the results of a post mortem examination which was carried out earlier today. The man's body was discovered in the Church Street area of Bangor last night.
