Concern over missing Belfast teenager

Police in east Belfast have appealed for information on a missing teenager.

Gavin Warr, 19, went missing after leaving the Finnmore Court area of the city at around 2.15pm on April 25 2006.

Police have said that Gavin is understood to have made contact last month, however has not been heard from since.

Police say they are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.

Gavin is described as being around 6 feet tall, of slim build and with short brown hair.

Detectives believe that he may be in the Antrim or Belfast area and they have appealed to Gavin, or anyone who knows of his whereabouts, to contact them at Strand Town on 0845 600 8000, or anonymously on the Crimestoppers number on 0800 555 111.

Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Call For Gavin Coyle Sentence To Be Reviewed
The UUP is calling for a sentence given to a man for his role in a bomb attack on an off-duty Catholic police officer to be reviewed. The Real IRA attack occurred near Castlederg in 2008. Gavin Coyle received a four year sentence at Belfast Crown Court and will serve another two on licence.

PSNI Appeal For Help Tracing Missing Belfast Man
The PSNI have issued an appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of 31-year-old Conor Bradley. Conor was last seen on Saturday, 29 January. He is described as 6'6", of slim build with ginger hair. He is believed to be in the Belfast area, according to police. Anyone with any information about Conor or his whereabouts is urged to contact police.
