Police appeal after sex attack on schoolgirl
Police are appealing for help in tracking a man who sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl waiting for her school bus in Hillsborough last week.
The indecent assault took place on the Dromore Road, Hillsborough, at around 8.30am on the morning of Friday December 13.
Police have appealed for information about the driver of a white Ford Fiesta or Escort which was parked about 100 yards away from the bus stop on the morning of the attack to contact them.
The man, who police believe was involved in the attack, has been described as 5ft 8in tall, of stocky build, with ginger or light brown hair shaved on top and had a moustache. He wore a blue boiler suit with a tool belt around his waist.
Police have stressed they believe the man is from outside the immediate area.

Police have said they believe missing Omagh man, Shane Sharkey, has been found in the Republic of Ireland. A police appeal for help in finding the 35-year-old has been cancelled, with police saying they now believe they know where he is. Police Officers Disciplined For Failing To Tell Doctor About Woman's Head Injuries
Two police officers have been disciplined after they failed to let their colleagues and a police doctor know that a woman had sustained a head injury, a Police Ombudsman investigation has concluded. The woman died from bleeding to the brain on 24 February 2014, the day after she suffered the injury.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
