Woman Killed In Tenerife May Be From Belfast
A man is being questioned by police in Tenerife following the fatal stabbing of a woman believed to be from Belfast.
The Foreign Office has said they are not disclosing further information until the next of kin had been informed.
The victim’s body was discovered at an apartment in the Los Cristianos resort in the south of the island, which is popular with British and Irish holidaymakers.
The man that has been arrested is believed to be in his 40s and from Sunderland in north-east England.
He is reported to have been arrested after walking into a bar close to where the woman’s body was discovered.

63-Year-Old Woman Arrested Over Stabbing In Antrim
A 63-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with a stabbing incident in Antrim on Friday, 26 January. Shortly after 5.10am police received a report that a man, aged in his 40s, had been stabbed at a property in the Firmount Drive area of the town. He was subsequently taken to hospital for treatment to stab wounds to his upper body area.

Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Attempted Murder
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder over an attack in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. A man, aged in his 50s, is in a critical condition in hospital after he was assaulted at a house on the Ballycastle Road on Monday, 26 September. Two other men were also arrested and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.

A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an incident at a house in Coleraine, Co L'Derry. It happened at a property on Knockantern Grove in the Mountsandel area on Tuesday, 16 August. The suspect has been arrested on suspicion of possessing of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an offence and assault on police.
