Pool Concerns Lead To Covert Operation
A court has heard allegations that an Armagh man committed acts of gross indecency towards children as young as four.
Police mounted a covert operation after concerns about the behaviour of a man using the swimming pool at Coleraine's leisure centre on Saturdays.
Robert William Mollan, 48, from Langs Road, was later charged with 10 counts of gross indecency.
A Crown lawyer alleged that while Mr Mollan was in the changing area of a swimming pool he exposed himself.
Lord Justice Girvan released Mollan on his own bail of £1,000 with two sureties of £2,000 each.
The judge banned him from entering any swimming pool, leisure centre or sports ground and said he must not be alone in the presence of a young person under the age of 14.
