Jean McConville remains to be released to family
The remains of IRA victim Jean McConville are set to be released to her family.
Mrs McConville's family will receive the remains ahead of her funeral this Saturday.
The 37-year-old was abducted from her Belfast home in 1972 after coming to the aid of a British soldier who had been shot outside her front door.
She was later taken to a beach near Carlingford and shot dead.
Mrs McConville's body was found on Shilling Hill beach in August by a man out walking his dog.
A post mortem examination and DNA testing confirmed the identity of the Belfast woman.
Mrs McConville was one of 10 so-called 'Disappeared' who were abducted by the IRA, executed and secretly buried in the early 1970's.

The PSNI have welcomed a two-year Stalking Protection Order (SPO) handed down to a 46-year-old Belfast man at Belfast Magistrates Court. The man had been found guilty of stalking and harassing his 50-year-old female ex-partner.
