26-Year-Old Remanded In Custody Over Shipley Murder And Stabbing
A 26-year-old man has been remanded in custody in connection with the murder of an 84-year-old woman and the stabbing of a 9-year-old boy.
The attacks took place in Shipley, West Yorkshire on Monday. 84-year-old Louisa Denby was found murdered at her home by police investigating an attack on a 9-year-old boy at a skate park.
The boy had been stabbed a few hours before the discovery of Luisa Denby.
26-year-old Nathaniel Denby, of Prospect Mount, Shipley appeared before a brief hearing at Bradfor Magistrates Court, where he was remanded in custody.
He will appear before Bradford Crown Court on Tuesday.
He also faces a charge in connection with an iron bar attack on a 59-year-old man in Bradford on Monday evening.

Boy Dies In London Stabbing
A 16-year-old boy has died after being stabbed in east London. Two teenagers were found with knife wounds at about 21:50 on Monday evening in Spey Street, Poplar. One of the teenagers, who has been named as Ajmol Alom, later died. Relatives named the victim, however this is yet to be confirmed by Scotland Yard.

Man Charged Over Stabbing Boy
A man in his 50's has been charged in connection with the apparent stabbing of a young boy. It is understood that 51-year-old Steve Frogg has been charged with attempted murder over the incident involving a four-year-old boy in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Boy Bailed After Schoolgate Stabbing
A 14-year-old boy has been arrested after a girl, 13, was stabbed outside her school in southeast London. The incident occurred outside the Sacred Heart School in Camberwell on Wednesday afternoon. The gymslip victim sustained two minor stab injuries, one each to her chest and thigh, police said.

Police Continue To Question Father Over Boy's Fatal Stabbing
Police investigating the fatal stabbing of a four-year-old boy in Huddersfield at the weekend are continuing to question his father. Ryan Hawkins died after being stabbed at a house in Royd Street in Slaithwaite around 1pm on Sunday. A post-mortem revealed that he died from multiple stab wounds.
