Woman Arrested Over Baby's Death In Nottingham
A 39-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the death of a seven-month-old baby in Nottingham.
Emergency services were called to the Bestwood Park estate at around 10.15pm on Sunday. The baby was immediately taken to Queen's Medical Centre but was pronounced dead on arrival.
Police are now investigation the circumstances surrounding the baby girl's death. A post-mortem examination is due to be carried out and a forensic examination of the house is underway.

Missing Baby Found 'Safe And Well'
A nine-month-old baby girl who was reported missing from her home in Glouchestershire on Monday has been found safe and well. Maylayah Delaney had been reported missing by her mother shortly before lunch-time on Monday. Police have confirmed that a man from the West Midlands is helping them with their inquiries.

A pregnant woman has been attacked with a baseball bat and a knife at her home in Basildon, Essex. The 22-year-old woman, who was in labour, was getting ready to leave her home with her partner to go to the hospital when a gang raided her home. She was hit with a baseball bat and slashed with a knife.

Baby Death Mother Named
The British woman charged with causing the death of her newborn baby in a hotel room in Crete has been named. Leah Andrew, from London, has been charged with infantide after being arrested in Malia on Tuesday. Ms Andrew was rushed to hospital by local residents after giving birth alone in her room.
