Dave Lee Travis Bailed On Indecent Assault Charges
David Patrick Griffin, better known as Dave Lee Travis, has appeared in court charged with 11 counts of indecent assault and one of sexual assault.
The charges related to allegations made by nine females and date between 1977 and 2007. The woman were aged between 15 and 29 at the time of the offences.
The 68-year-old radio DJ, who has denied all allegations, was released on bail to appear in court again on 21 October.
A provisional trial date has been set for 4 March 2014.

Former TV Weatherman Sentenced Over Indecent Assaults
Fred Talbot, the 65-year-old former TV weatherman, has been sentenced to five years for indecently assaulting two teenage boys in the mid 1970s. The crimes date back to 1975 and 1976, when Talbot was a teacher at Altrincham Grammar School, Greater Manchester.

Five New Charges To Be Brought Against Stuart Hall
Lancashire Police have confirmed that they are investigating fresh allegations made against former broadcaster Stuart Hall. Hall was jailed in July after admitting 14 counts of indecent assault against girls as young as nine between 1967 and 1987. His sentence of 15 months was doubled by the Court of Appeal after it ruled that it was too lenient.
