Funeral Service Held For April Jones
A funeral service has been held for April Jones, the five-year-old girl murdered by Mark Bridger almost a year ago.
Family, friends, members of the local community, police and members of a search and rescue team that had helped search for the missing girl gathered in April's hometown of Machynlleth in mid Wales for the service.
April's body has never been found despite a search operation that was one of the biggest in UK police history.
47-year-old Mark Bridger abducted April Jones on 1 October last year. He was jailed for life in May following a month-long-trial. He will never be released from prison.

Hunt For April Jones Continues
The search for missing five year old April Jones is set to continue. Dyfed-Powys Police have not set an end date for the operation but will scale back the search over Christmas. Superintendent Ian John said police have been hunting for April since she was last seen in Machynlleth, Powys, on 1 October, near her Welsh home.

Rented Home Of Mark Bridger Demolished
The former rented home of Mark Bridger, where he is believed to have murdered five-year-old April Jones, has been destroyed. According to reports, Carol and Paul Jones, April's parents, watched as the house was demolished. Bridger was sentenced to a whole-life term for the abduction and murder of April in October 2012.

April, who suffers from cerebral palsy, was last seen by another child near her home in the Bryn Y Gog estate in Machynlleth, mid Wales, at around 7pm on Monday.
