86 Charged Over 'Crash For Cash' Scam
Eighty six people are to face charges in relation to an alleged 'crash for cash' insurance scam.
Gwent Police have said that the charges include fraud against insurance firms, conspiracy to steal vehicles and money laundering.
The charges follow a two-year investigation into a suspected "crash for cash" scheme being operated in Caerphilly county.
The accused are due to appear in court on 10 October.
Gambia Announce Withdrawal From The Commonwealth
The west African nation of Gambia is to leave the Commonwealth, 48 years after it joined the 54-member grouping.
The UK Foreign Office described the decision as one to "very much regret", however, Gambia condemned the Commonwealth as a "neo-colonial institution".
The withdrawal was announced on state TV, but no other reasons were given.
GMP Warn Against Smoking Incense
Police in Greater Manchester have issued a warning against smoking herbal incense following the death of a 38-year-old man.
The exact cause of the man's death is not known, but police say they know that shortly before he died he had smoked Psyclone incense, which is not meant to be inhaled.
Police said the man died shortly after visiting a friend's address in Bolton on Sunday.
Detectives said a number of people they had spoken to in their inquiries had admitted to smoking the so-called "legal high".

Government to introduce partial smoking ban
The government has announced plans to introduce a partial smoking ban, following reports of a Cabinet row over the proposals. The plans, introduced as part of the Health Improvement Bill, will see smoking banned in all public places in England, but there will be exemptions for pubs, which do not serve food and private members clubs.

Mobile Customers To Share £1m Refund
Mobile provide EE is to refund around £1m to a number of customers wrongly charged VAT between October 2012 and October 2014. It is understood that EE customers who travelled outside the EU during those dates and used internet data were affected by the charges. The company estimated it as being about 0.5% of its customers.

British Man Dies In Dubai Police Custody
A British man has died in police custody in Dubai. Lee Bradley Brown, 39, from east London, died on Tuesday after he was taken to a Dubai police station where he was allegedly assaulted and put into a cell. It has been reported that Mr Brown, was arrested over a row at the luxury hotel Burj Al Arab hotel.

Man Arrested Over Kent Doctor's Murder
A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the murder of a doctor in Kent. Consultant paediatrician Dr Victoria Anyetei, 54, was found in her car in the driveway of her home in Dartford on August 14. She had been stabbed to death. Kent Police said that the man was arrested on suspicion of murder at an address in Dartford.
