Stuart Hall Rearrested On Further Charges Of Sexual Abuse

Former BBC presenter Stuart Hall has been rearrested in prison on futher charges of sexual abuse.

Hall, 83, is currently serving a 30 month sentence after admitting 14 counts of abuse of girls aged from nine to 17 between 1967 and 1985.

He has now been rearrested by Lancashire Police on charges relating to two females allegedly abused between 1974 and 1980 in Manchester and Derbyshire. They were aged between 12 and 15 at the time of the abuse.

Man Jailed For Further 17 Years Over New Historical Child Abuse Charges
A Plymouth man has been jailed for a further 17 years over historic child abuse charges, following a trial at Plymouth Crown Court. Hinton Sheryn was found guilty of 18 counts of indecent assault and gross indecency with children dating back to the 1970s and 80s, and sentenced to 17 years in jail.

A man wanted by police after he skipped bail on child abuse charges has been arrested in Dorset. Police have said that a tip-off from a member of the public led them to a caravan park in Poole, where they found Terence Lee.

MP Nigel Evans Cleared Of Assault
Nigel Evans, the former deputy speaker of the House of Commons has been cleared of a string of sex abuse charges. The decision was unanimously made by a jury following a five-week trial at Preston Crown Court. Mr Evans was found not guilty of one count of rape, five sexual assaults, one attempted sexual assault and two indecent assaults.

Michael Jackson was preparing to board a plane to London, for a scheduled court appearance, when he was told a legal settlement with a Bahraini prince had been reached 'in principle' it has been revealed. Jackson was being sued by the prince for allegedly reneging on a contract to record new material, in a deal reportedly worth $7m.
