Four Injured And M25 Closed By Overturned Lorry

A crash has closed the M25 in both directions, police have reported.

Four people have been injured after a lorry overturned on the central reservation between junctions 23 and 25, near Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.

Two people had to be cut free by firefighters - one from the cab of the lorry and the other from under a barrier.

A third person was found injured in the road.

An East of England Ambulance Service Trust spokesman said one person who suffered "life-threatening leg injuries" was airlifted to Addenbrooke's Hospital, in Cambridge.

The incident is ongoing.
