Hull Woman Admits Killing Baby Daughter

A woman from Hull has admitted killing her baby daughter.

Natasha Sultan, 21, pleaded guilty after fatally injuring her five-month old baby. She said she was suffering from post natal depression at the time.

Amelia-Lilly died of head injuries at her home in Welton Grove in October 2012.

She is expected to be sentenced at Hull Crown Court later today.

Missing Baby Found 'Safe And Well'
A nine-month-old baby girl who was reported missing from her home in Glouchestershire on Monday has been found safe and well. Maylayah Delaney had been reported missing by her mother shortly before lunch-time on Monday. Police have confirmed that a man from the West Midlands is helping them with their inquiries.

Man remanded over PC stabbing
A 27-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of PC Jon Henry. Tennyson Obih, from Luton, appeared before Luton Magistrates charged with PC Henry's murder, as well as the attempted murder of two other men - Steven Chamberlain and David Knight - and trespass with intent to steal while in possession of a weapon.

Pregnant Woman Attacked In Essex
A pregnant woman has been attacked with a baseball bat and a knife at her home in Basildon, Essex. The 22-year-old woman, who was in labour, was getting ready to leave her home with her partner to go to the hospital when a gang raided her home. She was hit with a baseball bat and slashed with a knife.

Woman And Children Hurt In Suspected Knife Attack
A man has been arrested in connection with the discovery of a woman's dead body and four injured children. According to police the body of a woman (37) was found in a house on Reinwood Road, Lindley, Huddersfield.
