Graveyard Search Underway In Jayden Parkinson Investigation

A graveyard in Didcot, Oxon, is being searched by officers investigating the disappearance of Jayden Parkinson, following a tip-off.

A 22-year-old man has been charged with the murder of 17-year-old Jayden Parkinson, who has been missing since Tuesday 03 December.

Police believe that the teenager has been murdered but so far no body has been found.

It is understood that Thames Valley Police has received information about a particular grave at All Saints' Church on Lydalls Road, Didcot.

Ben Blakely, of Christchurch Road, Reading, and understood the teenagers ex-boyfriend, has been charged with her murder.

Ben Blakeley Gets Life For The Murder Of Jayden Parkinson
The ex-partner of Jayden Parkinson, 17, has been jailed for life. Ben Blakeley strangled the teenager and buried her in his uncle's grave in Oxforshire in December 2013. Jayden was pregnant with his child when she was brutally murdered. Blakeley admitted killing Jayden, however he denied murder. He must serve a minimum of 20 years in prison.

Police investigating the death of 17-year-old Jayden Parkinson have arrested a 48-year-old woman this morning (Tuesday) on suspicion of perverting the course of justice. The body of Jayden Parkinson was found in an established grave in the Great Western Cemetery next to All Saints Church in Didcot on 18 December.

22-Year-Old Charged With Murder Of Missing Teen
Police investigating the disappearance of 17-year-old Jayden Parkinson have charged a 22-year-old man with her murder. Thames Valley Police charged Ben Blakeley, of Christchurch Road, Reading, with murder and perverting the course of justice and is due to appear before Oxford Magistrates' Court later today.

A body has been found in a disturbed grave by detectives investigating the disappearance of teenager Jayden Parkinson. Following a tip police had begun investigating a grave site at the cemetery of All Saints Church in Didcot. Thames Valley Police have said that a body has been found "in a recently disturbed grave".
