Police Appeal For Preston Man Wanted On Prison Recall

Police are appealing for information to try and find man from Preston who is wanted on prison recall.

James Thomas Hallsall, 31, is wanted after breaching the terms of his licence and police would also like to speak with him in connection with a drugs supply offence.

Halsall, who is also known as Carlos Robinson, has links throughout Lancashire, in particular Preston and Burnley, but also has links to Merseyside, Manchester and London.

However, police believe he is no longer in Lancashire and may be in the London area. There is also a possibility that he has left the country as he is known to have been in Alicante in October 2013 whilst on licence.

Halsall/Robinson is described as white, of stocky build, around 5’10” tall with short dark brown hair with. He has a roman numerals tattoo up his inner arm, and England badge tattoo on his left arm and the letters PNE tattooed on his right arm.
