Two Primary School Pupils Attempt To Poison A Teacher
Police were called to the Clapham Terrace Community Primary School in Leamington Spa on Tuesday, after two pupils aged 10 poured a "homemade concoction" of bathroom products into a teacher's drink.
The teacher, Emma Place, was alerted before she drank the dangerous mixture, which was prepared by a gang of pupils who called themselves "The Mafia" according to The Sun newspaper.
The school said police had spoken to the children but neither the school or the teacher wanted to press charges against the children.
The school, which has recently been given a good Ofsted rating, has sent a letter to parents warning about the incident.
