UK Police To Return From Thailand Investigation

UK police are to return home after a month spent in Thailand investigating the deaths of Hannah Witheridge (23) and David Miller (24), who were found murdered on a beach in Koh Tao on 15 September.

Metropolitan Police officers went to the island in October to work with Thai authorities and review the investigation to date. They will now return to the UK and compile a report on their investigation. The officers will also update Ms Witheridge and Mr Miller's families.

Thai police are currently holding two Burmese men as suspects in the case.
