Life Sentence For Claire Tiltman Murderer

Colin Ash-Smith has been sentenced to life for the murder of 16-year-old Claire Tiltman in 1993.

Ash-Smith was already serving three life sentences for attacks on two other women when he was charged with the murder of the Kent schoolgirl.

Claire Tiltman was found stabbed to death in an alleyway in Greenhithe, four days after her sixteenth birthday.

It is understood Ash-Smith was not in court for his sentencing.

Angelika's murderer sentenced to life
The murderer of 23-year-old Polish student Angelika Kluk has been jailed for life. Peter Tobin, 60, a convicted sex offender, is believed to have raped, then beaten Ms Kluk before repeatedly stabbing her. The battered body of the student was discovered by police under the floorboards of St Patrick's Church in Glasgow.

Man Found Guilty Of 1993 Claire Tiltman Murder
A 46-year-old man has been found guilty of the 1993 murder of teenager Claire Tiltman. Ms Tiltman was found dead in an alleyway in Greenhithe. She had suffered multiple stab wounds.
