Police Appeal After Pensioner Suffers Serious Injuries In Bolton Collision
Police are appealing for witnesses after a pensioner was seriously injured in a collision in Bolton on Tuesday night.
A silver Toyota Avensis car collided with the woman, 78, on Thicketford Road.
She is currently in a serious but stable condition in hospital.
Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them on 0161 856 4745.

North Yorkshire Police have appealed for witnesses to a "serious collision" near Pickering on Friday 01 May. It is understood that three cars – a black Peugeot 106, a black Mercedez and a black Honda Civic – were involved in a collision at about 22:00 on the A169 Pickering to Whitby road.

A woman aged in her 30s remains in a critical condition following a serious road accident in Haringey on Saturday, 12 September. Police and ambulance were called just after 22:00 on Saturday to reports of an accident on Colney Hatch Lane. A female was suffering from serious head injuries as a result of a collision with a car.

Police have appealed for witnesses to an unprovoked racist attack on the Isle of Dogs on Saturday, 08 August. An 18-year-old man needed surgery for injuries sustained when he was hit in the face with a bottle, leaving him with permanent nerve damage.
