Jeremy Clarkson Suspended By BBC 'Following A Fracas'

The BBC has suspended Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson, "following a fracas".

It is understood that Clarkson was involved in an incident with a producer of the motoring programme, however no details have been released.

The BBC confirmed that Clarkson has been suspended "pending an investigation" and Top Gear will not be aired on Sunday.

Top Gear Producer Won't Press Charges
The Top Gear producer who was verbally and physically abused by former presenter Jeremy Clarkson will not press charges. A statement from Oisin Tymon's lawyer, Paul Daniels, said: "Mr Tymon has informed the police that he doesn't want to press charges. "The events of the last few weeks have been extremely unpleasant for everyone involved.
